At Xodralinchapia, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Neomivex. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 30 days of the date of delivery.
• The product is in its original, unopened and sealed packaging.
• The product has not been used, damaged, or tampered with.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please retain the original packaging and take photographs of the damage where possible, as we may request these to process your claim.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us by email at reply-ask@xodralinchapia.world or by phone at +1 713 868 3775. Please include your order number, full name, and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Do not return products without prior authorisation, as unauthorised returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products (except in cases of defect or damage)
• Products returned after the 30-day return window
• Products not purchased directly through this Site

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable US federal and state law, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act where applicable. If you believe your statutory rights are not being met, please contact us directly or consult a consumer protection agency.
